The 9-day journey begins with an arrival and initial tour in Riyadh. A domestic flight transfers the group south to the scenic highlands of Abha for two days of cultural and natural exploration. The tour continues by road to Jazan, where the focus shifts to the coastal heritage and a two-day excursion, including a sea trip to the Farasan Islands. A final domestic flight takes the travelers to Jeddah, covering its historical and modern sights before departing from Jeddah Airport.

Itinerary

DAY 1: Arrival to Riyadh City

• Meet at Riyadh pick-up point or Airport.

• Visit Masmak Fortress and Al Dira Souk (old bazaar).

• Visit King Abdulaziz Historical Center and the National Museum.

• Check-in, dinner, and overnight in a Riyadh Hotel.

DAY 2: Riyadh to Abha City Tour

• After breakfast, fly from Riyadh to Abha.

• Check-in to the hotel.

• Visit the Civilizations Museum and Shada Palace.

• Visit the Green Mountains and Muftaha Village Art Gallery.

• Dinner and overnight in an Abha Hotel.

DAY 3: Abha Mountain & Villages

• After breakfast, visit Mountain Souda and enjoy a Cable Car ride.

• Visit Habala Village.

• Drive to Khamis Mushait to visit Ibn Hamsan Heritage Village.

• Dinner and overnight in an Abha Hotel.

DAY 4: Abha to Jazan City Tour

• After breakfast, drive from Abha to Jazan.

• Visit Jazan's old castle (Al Dosariyah Castle).

• Visit Sabia Old Market and The Mango Market in Jizan.

• Visit Jizan Heritage Village.

• Check-in, dinner, and overnight in a Jazan Hotel.

DAY 5: Jazan to Farasan Island (Sea Trip)

• After breakfast, drive to Jizan port to take a Ferry to Farasan Island.

• Drive to Farasan Marina and take a Boat Sea Trip with snorkeling and fishing.

• Lunch on the boat is included.

• Dinner and overnight on Farasan Island.

DAY 6: Farasan Island Exploration

• After breakfast, use a 4X4 car to visit the island’s highlights.

• Visit the Al Qandal Mangrove forests.

• Visit the Farasan Old Village (Al Qassar).

• Dinner and overnight on Farasan Island.

DAY 7: Farasan to Jazan to Jeddah

• After breakfast, take the Ferry back from Farasan to Jizan port.

• Transfer to Jazan Airport and fly to Jeddah.

• Move to the Historical Area tour, including Old houses and the Alalawi traditional market.

• Check-in, dinner, and overnight in a Jeddah Hotel.

DAY 8: Jeddah City Tour

• After breakfast, visit the Floating Mosque and Jeddah sign.

• Visit the Open Jeddah Museum and Jeddah Fountain.

• Visit Altaybat City (Abdulraouf Khalil Museum).

• Dinner and overnight in a Jeddah Hotel.

DAY 9: Jeddah Departure

• After breakfast, check-out.

• Transfer to Jeddah Airport for Departure.

Dress Code

• We recommend modest dress for both men and women when visiting cultural and historical sites in Saudi Arabia, especially in Riyadh and Abha. Shoulders and knees should be covered.

• The appropriate shoes and clothes must be worn according to the nature of the place being visited.

• Beach wear must be brought during the cruises/sea trips included in the package (Day 5 in Farasan).

Additional Info

• Accessibility: This tour involves walking and may not be suitable for wheelchair users or those with significant mobility challenges.

• Children: Children must be accompanied by an adult.

• What to Bring: Comfortable walking shoes (especially for mountain sites in Abha), a camera, sunglasses, and a hat for sun protection.
